Author Agreement Ejp

The deposit of a manuscript implies that the work described has not yet been published; whereas nowhere else is it envisaged for publication; the publication has been authorised by all the co-authors, if any, as well as by the competent authorities, tacitly or explicitly, at the institute where the work was carried out. The publisher is not legally liable if there are claims for compensation. Springer Nature offers a service to assist authors and writers in the research data policy, accessible in Potential authors are recommended to submit their proposal as a presubmission Inquiry via eJP. For more information, see the CMR instructions for authors. These guidelines describe the authoring principles and good authoring practices that potential authors should follow. For authors who are not (temporarily) logged in, we only list their city and country of residence, not their email address, unless expressly requested. Manuscripts can only be accepted when all the necessary documents have been submitted to the editor (manuscripts must be properly formatted, figures must be established according to specifications and permissions must be saved). If a publisher or editor-in-chief has decided that a manuscript is acceptable for publication on the basis of scientific merits, the author and the journal department are informed. Text files are subject to an automated pre-processing, cleaning and tagging process specific to the type of article, and illustrations are reviewed. If all files have been created in accordance with the criteria set out in these instructions and in the eJP online manuscript submission system, the acceptance procedure will be successfully completed. If there are any problems that would result in significant corrections in the copying phase or if the files are not acceptable for production, ASM Journals employees will contact the corresponding author.

Data References This review encourages you to cite underlying or relevant records in your manuscript by citing them in your text and adding a data reference to your reference list. Data references must contain the following: author name(s), dataset title, data repository, version (if available), year, and global persistent identifier. Add [the record] just before the reference so that we can correctly identify it as a data reference. The identifier [dataset] does not appear in your published article. Declaration of Interests All authors must disclose all financial and personal relationships with other persons or organizations that may influence their work in an inappropriate (biased) manner. . . .
